Crafted in small batches from Bean to Bar in Sheffield by the wonderful small and independent brand ‘Bullion’ we highly recommend you try it! They even make the chocolate for the Royal Dahl factory.
Bullion use what is known as the Bean to Bar approach to chocolate making. Their beans are selected, roasted, cracked, winnowed, refined, conched, aged, tempered, moulded and wrapped by hand in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
We have the ‘Hallmark’ collection featuring Milk + Dark Chocolate
and
the ‘Enriched’ collection featuring Mocha, Roasted Hazelnut, Candied Ginger, Whisky Nibs, Golden Nuggets, Seville Orange, Peppermint Crunch, Gingerbread Spice
